AN INTRODUCTION
What is yoga therapy?
Our practice is unique
Yoga Therapy is a mind and body practice that focuses on your physical, emotional and mental health.
Our practice is unique, giving an approach to your specific health needs with a one-to-one approach and providing a personal guidance while giving compassion, strength and peace of mind. The practice uses movement , mindfulness, relaxation and breathing to bring awareness and to manage underlying conditions, or symptoms in addition to treatment by a health provider.

It is valued and well recognised in medical science for its ability to relieve stress and tension in the mind and body, which is often the underlying cause of ill health.

“Yoga therapy is the application of Yoga to individuals to empower them to progress toward greater health and freedom from disease.”
