One-to-one Yoga Therapy.

An individual therapy session or course, is ideal for someone who needs more support than a mainstream yoga class can offer.

You may be suffering from a chronic health or you may choose to use Yoga Therapy to help prevent a health condition from reoccurring or preventing one occurring , especially if it runs in the family.

WHAT TO EXPECT

What does a one -to- one session include:

  • Assessment of your current health condition and its impact on your daily life, whether at home or in the workplace. Assessments includes: Full history; Physical assessment; Breathing assessment; Postural alignment; Movement flexibility and more.

  • A practical programme designed specific for your current health needs

  • Breathwork

  • Meditations

  • Massages

  • Regular reviews according to your progress.

*Please email to arrange sessions. Sessions are usually in a block of six or sometimes as one only.

My custom yoga workshops can provide easy exercises, breathing methods, and mindfulness to help with pain, anxiety, and stress, improving both body and mind health. Groups forge a sense of community where people can get  comfort and support from each other and help deepen understanding of conditions through shared experiences.
