Hello, it’s great to welcome you to my yoga therapy space.
MY STORY
When I was introduced to yoga as a teenager by my mother, my path in life changed.
Yoga became a significant part of my life, and my journey continued with the opening of my beauty therapy-business in Newcastle.
After having my children, I lived in West Africa, and my yoga path continued and became a yoga teacher. I loved teaching yoga and am very thankful for all the lovely memories of the amazing people who came to practice yoga.
whY I FOCUSED ON YOGA THERAPY
During my intakes, I noticed many health issues coming up, which made me realise that I needed to further my knowledge.
This led me to study Yoga therapy, where I realised it was exactly what I loved and how it brought me to a place of total understanding of what the body needs to thrive. It's heartwarming to see how my clients have improved their mental health, physical health, and dysfunctional breathing.
By guiding one-on-one sessions, group classes, and sharing my professional therapy wisdom, I aim to improve the quality of life in a world that has forgotten to just live and enjoy each moment.I look forward to welcoming you to my space in the court yard to start a journey to wellbeing.
